Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Illness To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us with at least 24 hours notice before the session is due to begin. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount. If the Teacher cancels a scheduled lesson, the Pupil (or the Pupil’s parent or carer) may choose between (i) carrying the lesson forward; (ii) receiving a replacement lesson; or (iii) receiving a refund of the lesson fee. Please do not attend face-to-face lessons if you are unwell or contagious. I reserve the right to work in a germ-free environment. If you are unwell/contagious but are able to sing (if your throat is not hurting and you feel physically able), an online lesson can be offered in place of an in-person lesson. If you are unwell/contagious and your throat is hurting and you have given less than 24 hours notice, I can send a short video covering some of what we were due to cover in the lesson you will miss so that you can review this before the next lesson. Students under the age of 18/vulnerable students Face-to-face lessons: A parent or carer must be present for the duration of the lesson. Online lessons: A parent or carer must be available to briefly check in at the beginning and end of the lesson and must remain within earshot for the duration of the lesson. Medical Disclaimer
